Savvy on First is offering artists the opportunity to sell their work outside the gallery during season and for events downtown.
Artists may request to set up for days other than those listed below. If you would like to set up for a date not listed just contact Lisa.

You may bring up to a 5’ table and set up in front of the shop windows when approved. Artwork sold inside the shop under contract will still be
subject to commission fees. Artwork sold from your table will NOT be subject to commission fees.

NOTE: Savvy on First has no control over the events or crowds downtown - please check your local paper/internet etc to be sure the event or
date you have chosen is taking place.

Rules and Regulations
1. Agree to abide by the “Savvy On First Table Set Up Agreement” contained in the entry form.
2. Artists are required to purchase their space in advance. When you pay the fee, this fee will be non-refundable.
3. If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions payment will not be refunded due to rain so choose your date and time wisely.
4. Artists shall supply one 5' foot or smaller table space.
5. Artwork must be original in design and executed by the exhibiting artists.
6. Complete the attached application form to apply and return with payment no later than two weeks prior to your set up date. 100% of all sales
sold from your table will be retained by the artists. Items sold inside the shop that are under contract will be subject to normal commission rate.
Set-up time will be one hour prior to event start time.
7. Artists must unload promptly and move vehicle away from the gallery. You must be completely set-up 15 minutes prior to event start time.
8. Table and Display may not extend into public walkways and you may not encroach physically or audibly into another space.
9. You are responsible for the cleanliness in your booth. Please take all trash out with you.
10. No more than two people per table and no loitering even by friends.

The event is a self guided and self paced tour of

Music Walk
The River District comes alive with local music every
month in downtown Fort Myers. Numerous
participating venues feature live music by local and
regional talent. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, and
shops will showcase a wide range of music during
Music Walk. From jazz and blues to rock, drum
circles and piano, expect to hear a wide variety of
musical genres. .
   
Mystery Walk is the newest and hottest monthly Art
and Music festival, held every second Friday in
Downtown Fort Myers, from November thru April.
Elements of Performance art, Street art, Digital art,
Community Interactive art, Visual art, and Music all
form as one to create Mystery Walk. The Mystery is
that you’ll never know what to expect. This is the one
event that will never stop changing and growing!

Pushing Daizies brings ZombiCon 8
Pushing Daizies, Inc. invites you to join us for
ZombiCon 8 – Voodoo Nightmare. $5 donation upon
entry to benefit Pushing Daizies. All proceeds
donated at ZombiCon this year, ensure the future of
the event and help us realize our goal of making art
and music available for everyone in our community
and of course bringing more Zombi-awesomeness to
the area, including the 30th anniversary of “Day of

downtown Fort Myers.  All cars welcome. Weather

The annual July 4th celebration in the River District,
Freedom Fest brings great activities for the entire
family. The event will be from 6-10 pm on Monday
July 4th and will include live entertainment by the
Brittany Russell Band, a kid’s zone incl..
The City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation
Department is proud to bring you the largest single day
event in Southwest Florida. Join us for the 2016 Red,
White, and Boom. Over 30,000 people come to the
heart of Cape Coral and see Southwest Florida's best
fireworks display.  The event takes place on Cape
Coral Parkway at the foot of Cape Coral Bridge.
Passport Parking in the River District
Guests to downtown who park at meters can
download the Passport Parking app or can call
239-790-4675 to register. With this users can pay for
parking with their phone or call from the numbered
meter and pay via credit card.
Text messages and alerts can be enabled through
this app, receipts sent, and guests will be able to
extend their metered time from their phone.
Informational rack cards are available at the CRA
(1400 Jackson Street) or at Denison Parking (2123
First Street).

Seasonally updated River District Maps are now
available! Map includes general area and merchant
locations with contact information. Printed maps are
available throughout River District establishments, or
from the Community Redevelopment Agency at 1400
Jackson Street.
