Do not just come into the store - store assistants cannot approve you!

Savvy on First is offering artists the opportunity to sell their work outside the gallery during season and for events downtown.
Artists may request to set up for days other than those listed below. If you would like to set up for a date not listed just contact Lisa.

You may bring up to a 5’ table and set up in front of the shop windows when approved. Artwork sold inside the shop under contract will
still be subject to commission fees. Artwork sold from your table will NOT be subject to commission fees.

NOTE: Savvy on First has no control over the events or crowds downtown - please check your local paper/internet etc to be sure the
event or date you have chosen is taking place.

Rules and Regulations
1. Agree to abide by the “Savvy On First Table Set Up Agreement” contained in the entry form.
2. Artists are required to purchase their space in advance. When you pay the fee, this fee will be non-refundable.
3. If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled. Payment will not be refunded due to rain you  will
just be rescheduled. Payment will not be refunded for any reason so choose your date and time wisely.
4. Artists shall supply one 5' foot or smaller table space.
5. Artwork must be original in design and executed by the exhibiting artists.
6. Complete the attached application form to apply and return with payment no later than two weeks prior to your set up date. 100% of all
sales sold from your table will be retained by the artists. Items sold inside the shop that are under contract will be subject to normal
commission rate. Set-up time will be one hour prior to event start time.
7. Artists must unload promptly and move vehicle away from the gallery. You must be completely set-up 15 minutes prior to event start
time.
8. Table and Display may not extend into public walkways and you may not encroach physically or audibly into another space.
9. You are responsible for the cleanliness in your booth. Please take all trash out with you.
10. No more than two people per table and no loitering even by friends.

Art Walk-
A monthly art event held the First Friday of each by the River District Alliance month from 6-10pm in the downtown Fort Myers River District.
The event is a self guided and self paced tour of Downtown Art Galleries and Businesses. Participating business that showcases art during Art Walk include galleries, museums, retail shops,
and community centers.

Music Walk
The River District comes alive with local music every 3rd Friday in the downtown Fort Myers River District. Live music by local and regional talent. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops
will showcase a wide range of music during Music Walk. From jazz and blues to rock, drum circles and piano, expect to hear a wide variety of musical genres. Many venues will also feature
additional attractions such as wine and food tastings. Each month will bring new music and energy to the historic streets of downtown Fort Myers.

block area of Downtown and had 2 National Headliners in Centennial Park. Local news estimated we entertained over 15,000 music lovers while raising a net $25,000 for the SW FL
